Warehouse Introduction: "Heiwajima Business Office"

A multi-story warehouse built in Heiwajima, the logistics hub of Tokyo Bay.

The multi-story "Heiwajima Business Office," built in Heiwajima, the logistics hub of Tokyo Bay, is equipped with various functions including freezing, refrigeration, and temperature control. In particular, the freezers and refrigerators on the third floor and above adopt a newly developed external thermal insulation method aimed at energy conservation while ensuring thorough quality control. Additionally, the first floor features a spacious loading area with a high floor, allowing for simultaneous loading and unloading of seven vehicles of various sizes, including large containers, in all weather conditions. Within this warehouse, the freezer (approximately 3,000 m²) can maintain storage management at -18°C. The refrigerated and temperature-controlled storage (approximately 1,700 m²) is divided into five sections, allowing for storage at +5°C, +15°C (with humidity adjustable below 60%), and +18°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[West Japan Construction Case] Sake Brewing Industry / Kizakura Co., Ltd.

Construction method that does not stop factory operations: Rebuilding aging buildings while continuing operations!

At Kizakura Co., Ltd., which is engaged in sake brewing, we are simultaneously carrying out factory expansion work while "maintaining operations" and conducting seismic retrofitting work on the existing factory. In addition to an attractive factory and exhibition space, we have also established a restaurant where customers can enjoy our products and a souvenir shop. Furthermore, due to the low height of the large roof at the shipping and receiving area for sake and craft beer, there was insufficient space to fully open the wings of wing vehicles. To ensure clearance, we raised the entire structure by 60 cm using jacks. We applied techniques used in relocating shrines, temples, and houses. 【Construction Details】 ■ Rebuilding an aging building while maintaining operations ■ Constructing a new facility where visitors can simultaneously observe sake and craft beer production ■ Jacking up the large roof of the loading area by 60 cm ■ Enabling shipping and receiving with wing vehicles *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Opening insulation material "Air Shelter" for temperature-controlled logistics warehouses / refrigerated warehouses.

Reduce the gap between the truck using air power. Achieve hygienic loading and unloading operations without exposing the cargo to outside air.

By closing the rear door while connecting, loading operations can be started hygienically without exposing the cargo directly to the outside air. The air-filled top and side seals create a sealed space that is difficult for heat to transfer. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Opening insulation material "Weather Seal" for temperature-controlled logistics warehouses/refrigerated warehouses.

A highly abrasion-resistant special sheet suppresses the intrusion of dust and outside air. It enables the realization of a low-cost shelter with easy installation.

We have achieved a low-cost shelter that enhances airtightness during loading operations when opening vehicle doors after arrival at a berth with restricted vehicle access. By using an optional electric roll curtain at the top, it is possible to accommodate vehicles of varying sizes to some extent. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Polyurethane Construction Proposal: Refrigerated Warehouse

Protect refrigerated warehouses located near the sea from salt damage! Achieve low costs with no maintenance required!

"Polyual" is a corrosion prevention coating for aluminum fins patented by Blygold. In refrigerated warehouses, which are often located near the sea, the use of water-cooled outdoor units is common. However, there is an increasing trend to use dry outdoor units, which are cheaper and have lower running costs. The main drawback of dry units is salt damage. By applying this product, a coating film is formed on the surface of the aluminum fins. This supports the operation of dry outdoor units, enabling low-cost operation without the hassle of water management or maintenance, and allowing for precise temperature control. 【Features】 - Suppresses the growth of bacteria and mold on aluminum fins of heat exchangers - Compatible with heat exchangers that cannot be protected even with cationic coatings - Protects outdoor units in salt damage areas where salt damage occurs even with heavy salt damage specifications - Provides semi-permanent protection for fins through touch-up repairs - Maintains high thermal conductivity, allowing for thick coating films and heat exchange performance, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
